I have bought at least four hermit crabs from this particular store and ended up taking two of them back because they died. Their replacements also died. I keep excellent conditions in my crabitats so I know it was of no fault of my own. …

I like PetSmart and the people who work there. They are knowledgable about the products they sell and the selection can't be beat. The prices are competitive with other pet stores so I would reccommend them.
